6 Tips for Minding Your Money and Body

If you think it will cost you and arm and a leg to live a healthier lifestyle…think again. You’ll end up paying much more in the end, if you ignore your money and your body.

Today I have 6 tips you can use to mind your money and your body:

Tip #1: Skip the gym membership and get outside for a workout. There are also a ton of free workout videos on Youtube if you prefer to exercise in your living room.

Tip #2: Drink water and give up the sodas and $4 lattes.

Tip #3: Kick the habit. Smoking is the #1 cause of lung cancer and will set you back $6 a pack.

Tip #4: Get some sleep. Sleeping at least 7 to 8 hours a night will keep you fresh and your mind strong.

Tip #5: Make a list and plan your meals each week. Finding healthy options that are on sale will save you money.

Tip #6: Be adventurous on your dates. Try going on hikes or bike rides instead of a dinner and movie.

Minding your mind, body and money is a worthwhile cause that will help you be healthy and wealthy at the same time.
