Are You A Cheapskate?

Do you consider yourself a cheapskate? Well I’m here to tell you that being a cheapskate is not a bad thing.

Today I want to share my 3 biggest cheapskate moves with you.

First, I have a pair of socks that have a dual use. I use them to work out, and I also use them occasionally for business. This saved me $5.

Next, me and my wife made a custom iPad cover. We took an old beach towel that cost me nothing, and sewed it into a nifty little cover for our iPad. This saved us $25.

And next, since I’m on the KHON Fox 2 Morning Show twice a week, I have a cheap handy-dandy make up bag. It’s portable and also waterproof. I have been using the same bag for almost 2 years. I bring it into the studio with me and out in the field on shoots.

Here’s the great part… it only cost me a nickel. And saved me about $10.

As you can see, being a cheapskate is not such a bad idea if you want to keep your money in your pocket.

And you’ll soon see that saving a little here and a little there can really add up at the end of the year.

So be proud to be a cheapskate! And think of your own new cheapskate moves that will save you a pile of cash.
