Get Healthy and Keep More Cash

I think we all know how important good health is, especially when we are sick or injured. And staying healthy is the best way to keep your good health. Good health is also important for your finances as well, because when you are sick or injured, you stand a good chance of losing income plus paying more in medical expenses.

2. Make a commitment to exercise 3-5 times a week for at least 20 minutes per session.
