Have a Beef With Your Bank Or a Creditor? Here’s Where To Complain

Do you have a beef with your bank or a creditor? If you do, but don’t know where to turn, help is just a click away.

You can now complain to a recently formed federal government financial watchdog department.

It’s called the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. The CFPB can help you get relief for most consumer complaints.

To file a complaint online go to: www.consumerfinance.gov/complaint

Or you can call them toll free at 855-411-2372. They are open Monday thru Friday from 8am-8pm EST.

You can file a complaint on more than just your bank, too.

Here is a list of other financial-related services that the CFPB will help you with…

– Credit Cards
– Credit Reporting
– Debt Collection
– Money Transfer
– Mortgages
– Student Loans
– Vehicle Loans
– Consumer Loans

Remember… if you have a beef with your bank, now you can get some relief!
